    Hi Folks,

I'm Ronn the Progressive Democrat host of Road To The White House and I hope you'll tune in to the show to share your opinion on the most important election in our lifetime.

Each week we will talk about the Candidates position on a particular issue, then open up the phone lines to hear from our listeners. We will take on all of the Hot-Button issues and will continue throughout the campaign to inform you and make sure you have all of the information needed to make an educated vote.

So bring your opinions and share your values with us every Sunday. Just remember to do so in a fun and respectful way.

Show Love To These Other Shows, They Are Some Of My Favorite Here On Now Live...

What is your current occupation? Do you enjoy it?
Community Activist/Education Consultant~ I am the Vice President of a 33 year old community based organization that fights for justice. It has become my life and clearly what the Great Spirit intended for me.
What is your educational background? Are you currently in school?
I was on the design team that created a small high school in the Bronx. It is the first high school that was created by youth for youth in the country.
Do you have any "heroes" in your life or your work? Describe:
My children, my parents, Sitting Bull, Dr. Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Saul Alinsky, Mickey Mantle, Michael Moore and all the people that work to make this world a better place.
Do you have a favorite quotation? Enter it here:
“Focusing your life solely on making a buck shows a certain poverty of ambition. It asks too little of yourself. Because it's only when you hitch your wagon to something larger than yourself that you realize your true potential.”
    ~Barack Obama~
"True Leaders are not those who strive to be first, but those who are first to strive and who give their all for the success of the team. True Leaders are the first to see the need, envision the plan and empower the team for action. By the strength of the Leaders commitment, the power of the team is unleashed."
    ~Unknown~
"I see 1/3 of a nation ill housed, ill clad, and ill nourished. The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much: it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little."
    ~FDR 1937~
"We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly."
    ~Martin Luther King 1963~
"Without organization or union, working people become the victims of each other; one will work for less than reasonable wages, for fear another may accept it and take it away. We organize to assist each other to secure employment for mutual aid in case of sickness or disability, to protect each other's rights and redress our wrongs, to obtain adequate legislation that will secure our wages from the unscrupulous sharks that infest our trade..."
~PJ McGuire, Founding father of the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, 1881~
"Another world is not only possible, She's on her way. Maybe many of us won't be here to greet her, but on a quiet day, if I listen very carefully, I can hear her breathing.
    ~Arundhati Roy~
